Both sides flew off, how do you replace? Thanks!

I have the same isue on my 99. I'm guessing I have to pull down the headliner to get to the underside of the mouldings.?? Any ideas??

They are bolted on from the inside... I found out after trying to rip them off to paint

It's the same on my truck. And from what I've seen, since I've noticed it on mine, it happens on a lot of our trucks.
