Just going by my memory, I'm no where near my truck, you have to remove the cover on the inside and then remove the two decals that cover the holes. I think there are 4 nuts but I could be wrong. Use a small racket with a 10mm or an 8mm socket. Use lub in the socket to keep the nuts from falling into the doors. Once all of the nuts are off the mirror will fall off the truck. You will have to disconnect the cables but I can't help there. If you can't get the mirror loose then you missed a nut.
