Need help with choosing lights

I'm going to buy some lights for the truck but I have no idea which ones are which. I hear KC lights are good especially the daylighters so I looked them up and found one that has a titanium finish with an icy blue lens (I prefer blue lights ) and is 130W.

Here's the one I'm talking about.
Titanium Finish Daylighter®
System # 250

My question are these offroad only? Cause on top of these off-road lights I'm going to buy some driving lights too. So when I looked them up I found a set that was also 130W from KC but in stainless steel and white instead of ice blue.

Here's the set.
Stainless Driving Daylighter
130w System # 635

So with the above set, can I drive around like I normally do with my headlights or no? I was at AutoZone the other day and looked around and saw some driving lights but they looked kinda dinky so I figured I would spend more money for a quality light but I don't want to be buying a light I can't use on the road.

Bump anyone? I figured out that both were off road lights so can anyone point me to a good pair of driving lights?
