leveling kit vs. 3inch lift!??

hey guys my truck is already leveled. but i have this 3 inch spring lift kit i got for used for way cheep before my truck. i dont know for sure but wouldnt that only really be one inch taller up front? and only lift it a inch in the rear? cus i think a leveling kit is like a 2 inch lift basically? what do ya'll think?

i dont know any details on them all i know is my truck came to me leveled. its a 350. and i got a 3 inch lift kit from who knows who made it.

just wondering if theres much of a difference because i dont think right now its worth putting it in for an possible inch
