Can it be done or do I need to buy a whole new harley front clip for her?

it can be done.. you will need to trim your header panel to make it fit... you will also need the headlight wire conversion

You can go the cheap way and go to the junk yard and cut some pigtails of an 05 truck and wire it in to yours...

i sell them..... but if your thinking of doing HID's your best off just getting a H13 bulb kit with 9007 relay...

I already bought the harley lights from partstrain.com, and they are supposed to be equipped with the bulbs already. What do I need to make these work?

This is what i'm going to be doing... do you have a specific link to this?

edit: that was the link lol i guess i should have clicked it first. Do you get a discount on anything for ordering the harnesses and the HID kit together? PM me if you need! I'm ready to buy right now!
