Took off the stock steps.

I took off the steps today. It looks pretty SWEET without them on. Ill get some pics up tomorrow. Also finished up my sub box, has to die grind some aluminum grills to get them to fit. looks pretty cool.

I gotta get a runnin start to get in the truck now tho haha!

Im super excited, it makes the truck look MUCH bigger.

you know i have been thinking about doing this. I have a 4" lift on my truck. I want to get rid of them but I do use them to into the truck. post up some pics of your truck.

I see you got a leveling kit, is it a pain to get into the truck now?

yea, i think i have an addaleaf leveling kit that has sagged alittle, when i got the truck it was already done.

Yes and no, I kinda fell like i lifted it...it looks alot higher and i gotta climb up in it haha, But im short tho so. that plastic step in the cab is now at my hip, so i have to pull myself up in there. Its not real hard to get off, so if ya dont like it, throw it back on.

I took my steps off the 2nd day I had my truck look better without them

I took off mine, but 10 inches of lift and 40 inch tires makes it hard to get in, I have the AMP Research steps and love them!!!

I had those steps too, I took them off the day I brought the truck home from the dealer... I hate the look of a grey 2x6 for a step...lol

If it had the chrome nerf bars I would have kept them on

i had the chrome, took those babies off soon after i bought the truck and haven't looked back
