harley edition leaf pack lift?

Ok, I just picked up a set of HD front leaf packs that will fit my 2001 f-250. I currently run 33 bf at tires with my factory 2 leaf packs. The HD packs have 5leafs and appear quite a bit stouter. I am just shy on being able to run 35's with factory packs. I plan on running 37 bf at tires but I am wondering if anyone has done this and how much lift resulted in the swap.

Bought them from a guy who said they came off a Harley edition. I took all measurements and the fit is a spot on. I don't think the guy new exactly what he had but they do fit my truck. Must be from a lift kit.
