Would a 275-65-18 be a better choice?

OK I'm wondering if I need a levelling kit? I measured the height and I have 40" in back from ground to fenderwell and 38.5" up front from ground to fenderwell. My truck seems to sit close to level and has a lot of room in the front wheel wells. What do you think??
