F350 built-in-bed utility doors?

I saw this on CL and thought this is a great idea and if i had the money/it was cheaper i would totally buy this! Anyone seen this before or is this custom?
for f350 bed/utility bed

Def cool, never seen anything like that before. I'd be curious how much interior space there actually is.

I saw a truck about 4 months ago with that. A F-350 dually. I would assume the space is very limited but nice none the less. Not 3K nice though.
