Looks sweet!! I would do it but im to chicken to cut out a chuck like that on my truck lol. Very nice job though.

Not completly, if you look from the back its got like less that 1/3 centimeter off the metal. We just need to get behing the fender and push somemore. Was scary to do but i think it was worth it. It sucks a little air through too!

Would be nice to have some type of tubing to run from the hole straight to the intake...

Nice pics! looks like it came from the factory that way. I would also have a hard time cutting a hole in my truck.
