Lifting a 450

How difficult is it to buy a lift kit for a 99 f450 cant seem to find anything at all someone please helppp

A normal SD lift will fit with some changes. You will only get the normal suspension instead of the F-450 springs. If you tow heavy you might need to get airbags to make up the difference. Unless you choose to get blocks instead of a spring lift for the rear.

The axle tube is larger, so you will need bigger U bolts for the back.

There might be some other differences, but that's all I know of.
