Difference between pacer and recon led roof lights

Planning on buying some smoked led cab lights in the near future. Any difference between these two manufacturers? I hear the recons are sealed. What does pacer use for led's? Sealed or 194 bulbs? Which ones are brighter?

the atomic led's are a great light. really bright, 51 led's per cab light (15 forward, 9 left & right, 18 top. 255 Lights per kit). good quality in my opinion.
