Help! How to fix?!

hey guys, i've decided im gonna fix up the truck and make it look super good.. my problem is that is was smashed in the top end of the bed rail and the previous owner bondoed it up.. it looks pretty bad and bugs me a lot. how can i fix this? i don't wanna buy a hole new bed and just one bed side is super expensive. i dont want to do a lot of work to just fix the little area either.. any ideas? it also has bondo on the lower bed side thats cracked and getting water in it thanks for the help guys
