How hard is it to pull cab on 02 7.3

I hear from some 6.0 guys they make it sound so easy to pull the cab. Wondering on how much actually needs to be unplugged and any potential issues I might run into. Truck is stock

Why would you pull the cab on a 7.3 ? Anything Performamce related can be done in cab

Motor is made to come straight out. The cab isn't designed to be pulled as easily as it is on the 6.0

Just yank the motor

Yeah its not too bad to pull it, but it would be faster for cleaning and painting if it did come off like the others do

Its not bad to pull cab at all on a 7.3. Its practically the same as a 6.0.

Having pulled a 7.3, and knowing that the body is the same between a 6.0 & 7.3, I dont see why pulling the cab would be any harder. And it would have to make doing ANYTHING to the motor easier. Pulling the motor means pulling the turbo or motor mounts first. I'll pull the turbo on the next one I do, for sure.

I need to swap motors in my 250... this has me thinking of pullin the cab to do it. But then it would turn into a frame-off resto and take me years.
