Bake / Split 05-07 headlights ...?

I did this with my Audi headlights, I see people doing it with 08+ headlights but can't remember anyone doing with 05-07 lights...?
Anyone have a write up or info ? I'd imagine they split open just like most others ?
(Please Don't say just get Harley lights because my plan is not to paint the housings black)

Yes the oven will work. Installing proper hids ?

I understand that a heatgun works better than an oven....haven't tried it myself.
