99 SD 350 dually need a right rear fender

Had a blowout and tore up rear fender the outter plastic one.
Right side 8ft bed looking for a good used one white in color.
Can anyone be of help?

used will be fine as long as it's not cracked or busted.
Found one for 300 but it's black and I need a white one.
Can't afford the dealers new one. Hard to put 1000 dollars into a truck with
