99.5 keypad

First off, did the 99 ever come with a keyless entry? I don't mean the fob, I'm talking about the keypad. Secondly, I wonder if the harness is in the rig if they did come with them, any insight??

i am told the key pad is stick on, like a remote. not sure ih he was telling the truth?
