If I remember correctly my pro comps came with the same thing, they are pushed through the one side of the shock so you can pass 2 bolts through it to screw it in. I believe it is only for the rear end though.

Well i have a male bolt mount under the bed that the shock goes around just fine, so y would it come with that?

That is a good question haha. My truck had the one bolt that ran through the bottom of the shock in the rear right on the rear axle with a nut to hold it on, and up top had that thing run through the shock and two like 10mm bolts that screwed in up top into a place that i needed triple wobbly extensions and a screw gun to get at nicely. And those thing were on serious PITA to push through the rubber even with some white lithium grease to help it through.

It goes to jeep parts. Throw them away. I took them back to 4 wheel parts, thinking I missed something, and he showed me a handful on the counter. Toss em.

Dave75d. Yep that's correct. I have them sitting on my counter and in the shop all the time. Alot of companies that build shocks will make them so they fit multiple veh. with the same lengths. Just add extra hardware to fit different stuff.
