Cab corner idea
Need to replace the cab corners on my 99 f250 ccsb. Not looking forward to removing the bed. Had a thought, how about cutting the replacement panels in half, one half the bed side, the other the road side. This could allow one to weld in without pulling the bed, in theory. The other idea was to weld from the interior, if access allowed.

Wouldn't pulling the bed just make life so much easier? Unbolt it, unplug the wire harness to the lights and have a few buddies over to help you lift it off. Shouldn't cost you more than a case of beer.

Don't live in a neighborhood where people would appreciate me removing my bed.

Yeah, wish I could buy a farm just to have the space to have people leave me the f alone sometimes.
