Any experience with 270 Maxx-Lift Leveling Kit?

I'm wanting to level the front of my '01 350 PSD and looking at all of the different packages. I came across the 270 Maxx-Lift on eBay which seems simple enough, a five piece pack with U bolts. It does say a new track bar is not needed. ?

Why not? If it raises the stock springs 2.75" off the axle why wouldn't it change the geometries as would any other 2.5" leveling kit that requires an adjustable track bar?
