Newer model tow hook swap?

Hey guys, I have a chance to get a good deal on some chrome tow hooks of a 2008 super duty, I have a 2002. The bolt holes look identical, size looks the same, but the 08 ones have an extra bar that looks like it bolts behind the front bumper bolts? It looks like it would bolt right up,but I would rather know for sure first.

Yeah they do, as i recall i believe there is a different plate connected to the newer ones well atleast there was on mine, i just cut it off and bolted them right up. Piece of cake
