Dually Fender Repair

I have a 2000 F-350 Dually and on the passenger rear fender there is a whole thru the fender, i was wondering the easiest way to repair it and the crack in the same area?

fiber glass repair kit you can pick them up at most auto parts stores. then in stead of gel coating use bondo. the sanding is the hardest part to keep an even base. I also recommend doing all work on the truck as keep fender from warping.
