2000 truck wanting either 05 turn signal mirrors or 08 mirrors help please

I have a 2000 f350 with power tow mirrors on it now I would like to put the 05 turn signal mirrors or the 08 mirrors on it. Is their anyone that knows of a place that sells the mirrors with a harness that will plug right into my 2000. also are the mirrors the only thing you have to change or do you have to change door panels as well?

You still will have to wire in the turn signals, running lights, and heated portion of the mirrors.

Your stock door panels will work fine.
