Chorme Rockers

When I purchased the vehicle it had pass side door damage got that fixed and i lost the chrome rocker since it was dented and now sincei t was an older kit they don't make it in 7 inches and its driving me nuts so I want to know how to remove all of it without screwing up my paint etc any removers I can get?

i think GOO-Gone is one and some types of solvent rub that goo off easily.

Another thing you could try also is a heat gun to loosen up the adheasive to remove the rocker panel and then go to any parts store for some adheasive remover.
