Dually Rubber Mud Flap Mounting Hardware

I have a 1999 F-350 Dually. I want to install a set of Rubber Mud Flaps.
Where can I purchase the mounting hardware/brackets?
I called the Ford Store and the local NAPA, No Luck.

Thanks in Advance.....Dave

DuraFlap makes and sells a drill-less installation mud flap that does not require a bracket to be added. The material is a polyethylene that will not fly up behind you like rubber does, and will last longer. They do not crack, split, peel or fade. All hardware is either stainless steel or galvanized or anodized to be rust resistant.
Go to the web site and send an email, they will send you the install directions and some photos.
