Not unless you trim the grill a bit on the bottom, or you change out the bumper also.

you can get some trimmed versions on ebay... they are under 300 bucks

shoot at the 300 + shipping cost you may be better off buying an OEM grill and bumper....well maybe not haha

I saw the pre-trimmed ones at the Jamboree in 06 for about 125 bucks.
