96 dodge aftermarket wheels on a 99 ford

I have a 96 ram 2500 with really nice aftermarket wheels on and my parents just bought the truck from me and they don't want them cause of the 35 inch tires that are wide. My cousin and uncle told me the wheels that are on the dodge now will fit on my ford but the ford wheels won't fit on the dodge. Will the ford wheels fit on the dodge? I bought the dodge from my cousin. And both trucks have 8 lug patterns. Thanks for the help.

Dodge wheels will fit the obs but not the sd. They changed from 8x6.5(?) To metric 8x170mm when they changed body styles. Kinda sucks :/
