Considering some changes.... SRW to DRW

Ok guys, I currently have a 2000 f250 SRW truck. and as per some considerations, and a conversation I had earlier today, Im considering putting DRW on my current rig, till I can swing what Im ultimately after....

My first thought was to throw duals on it and go with a flat bed then I could go between DWR and SRW as I pleased.

However the more I thought about it, I thought it might be kinda slick to put duals under it, then to use the stock bed and modify it to use the type of dually fenders that they are putting on the late model dodges. I have not looked overly hard, but it seems to me that they are essentially like a big bushwhacker flair that im thinking just bolts on. Has any one seen this done, or have any idea if it is even possible?

Or I might just rock the pulling truck look and toss DRW on it and run my SRW bed stock.... Who needs paint or rearview mirrors.

Also, can I just put dually rims on my SRW rearend or is the DRW rearend wider to clear the springs?
