Spent $900 with recon and 2 3rd brake lights have failed after a month, what do they say????? Recon says its the truck making them fail. LMAO recon nice buisness. I tell them it's two different trucks, they said 1 in 15000 o these they have a problem with and my truck And my buddie is sending too much voltage which is frying them. I return the tinted mirror lens and they say full credit. I get my statement and they give me 25% restock fee and say there is nothing they can do because it's automated return. Why didnt tell me this before I spent $20 in shipping them back , on a 1 to 10 your company straight out SUCKS it's a 1. Todd / Ryan you both are a joke for customer service

2 of the 4 banks of LEDs in my 3rd brake light are failing now. They either are flashing or just not on at all. I really don't ever hear anything good about the customer service, warranty or longevity of the Recon lights or the company.

Wow, sucks for them. I was about to buy some tail lights from them but not now. A refund isn't worth the cost of bad press.
