Used Tailgate...Will it fit, need your help

I bought a 99 F250 ExtCab ShortBed that is missing the tailgate. I found a 2003 F350 that was being parted out and they still had the tailgate. I offered $125 since it is in really good condition. Will this fit my truck? Anything i should look out for.

i offered the price and he took it. just wants the truck parted out finally. i thought this would go fast, but is a lingering piece. thanks for the info

He lives about 1.5 hours away, so before i made the drive, I wanted to make sure it fit.
