I am a dumb a$$

I cut out the back frame brace no problem but not easy to do!! took out all the rivets and weld on the brace between the rear and cab and went to get it out and it will not come out with out cutting it in half! the frame over the rear in 1" smaller then the cross member. Why did I not see that before I did this????

I am tripping down to repair all the rust. Something about the 2000 trucks seems to have rusted then normal. I also had a 2000 f150 and it was worse then this one.

Wow! I don't blame you. Glad I don't live where they put salt on the roads. We do have an occasioanl hurricane we have to move out of the way of. That salt water can get deep!

Good luck with the project. I'll keep watching your progress.
