Considering upgrading tow miirrors , need advice on where to but, I have seen people posting plug and play? Do they come with instructions how to wire in the heaters and turn signals?

I saw some on ebay for like $500 a set the signal light is white though. Does anyone have experience with these?

You will have to grind off a small locating nub type thing on the part of the mirror that is against the door, other than that everything lines up and direct plug in.

I got some that are aftermarket w/o power extend and fold.

There are a number of guys on the forums that have done this. There is an eBay seller with lots of the power fold power extend which have the connector ends cut off. These are NEW OEM not someone's scratch-and-dent ones for less then $500 for a PAIR.

Can the the switches be installed on my 03 for all of the controls? Power fold and extend?

It looks as if you would either have to swap your door panels to the 2008 style or modify the door panel you have now. The new switch is completely different than the older style.

Haven't even started putting mine if just have a bunch of links to study. I've read that there's a way to fix the reverse action with a relay. Also, that you can buy the door wiring harness to make things easier.

** Wire colors for Power-Fold & Power Telescoping functions were already posted earlier in this thread.

Here's the link I used for the relays in order to get the 08 mirrors to reverse the operation of the left/right functions and operate properly. It might look sort of confusing, but it was really simple to do.

Wiring fix

As far as the switch wiring(mine already had 7 wires uand fit into the 08 mirror switch). I just added the 8th wire that I took out of the WPT219 that I ordered.

If you flip the switch upside down so that you are looking at where the connector plugs into i will base my colors like this...

Here is how I hooked up the wiring coming from the 08 mirrors to the stock wiring coming from the door.
