liner on rt inner wheel well
does anyone know why there is a padded liner on top of the rt inner plastic wheel well? something was ripping mine apart, do I need it??

from reading other posts it looks like there was one on the LT side also. I had my fender replaced years ago due to a deer, and I am thinking the body shop did not put it back in. do I need ether of them??
