Lower valance/plastic guard removal on front bumper?

Who has this done? Ive seen pics on forums were the grey plastic guard over the bumper is removed, and it looks great. 99-04 truck

That does look good. Might have to do that on my days off if I have time since I gotta do a radiator in the sis in laws car

Not a bad idea, kinda cleans up the lines of the truck alil bit and makes the front end better i do believe
