DDM tunning shipping SUCKS!

ordered some hids last week sunday the 8th now is the 17 and still no headlights. you would think you spend $20 dollars on shipping getting raped on price you would get the SOB's in 3 dang days! will not shop with them again thats for sure!!!!

They are great cheap kits, but the shipping lead time is expected to be long and that is the sacrifice that needs to be made when saving 100-200 dollars...

I was unpleased with their shipping but when I got them installed knowing what a deal I got that frustration is gone and I would buy from them again... Just expect longer shipping times

Do some research. These kits ship FROM CHINA! of course the shipping takes forever. Still great kits and the best quality for the price that I have found. If you buy a 300$ HID kit its because of the projector lamps (lense) not the bulbs, basically DDM sells the bulbs and ballast. More than enough for a simple housing. Have had the DDM kit in my truck for 3 years no issues.

took right under a month for a set of led work lamps from them. couldn't beat the price compared to out put. good product at a great price but shipping is horrible

You are correct I talked to DDM and you can pick up the 35W kit from their stores but you cant pick to the 55W kit. I asked why and she said that the are not allowed to be sold in the US so that is why they are shipped from China.

I have purchased both kits headlight and fog lights from them and have been very pleased. I had an issue with my high beams not turning off and they sent me a brand new controller no cost to me and it was here very quick. Granted their products ship from china and that means customs plus the normal shipping time which stinks. Still a great product for the dollar you spent.

If DDM doesn't have them in stock at their locations they ship from China. Hey you might get a box with cool Chineese writing on the outside
