body work needed

I have a 2002 f-350 and I replaced the bed because of bad rust with a used bed and it has its share of dents. Also I big dent on my hood tight a long the ridge above the grill. How should I go about removing the hood dent? And i've never done bonding before any tips? Thank you for any responses!

Buy a good bodywork book from amazon and take your time! There's no magic to bodywork, it just takes a slow methodical approach if you want it to look good.

Eastwood has tons of bodywork tools as well.
