emblem interchange?

In June I plan to put the 05-07 front end and have my E99 repainted black, bumpers and all. I understand the f-350 emblems have guide holes under them and was wondering if the posts on the 05-07 emblems match the holes on the fender? Im going to remove my 99 emblems before paint and hopefully install the newer version on the fenders and tailgate after paint. Will they fit? Thanks for any help.

If you are having problems with holes on the truck and posts on the emblems, I'm pretty sure you can cut and sand the posts off and use M double sided tape to stick them on there. I order a 4.6 Interceptor for my Crown Vic and it came with the 3M tape on it. I stuck it right on and it still look like factory after a year.

Yes the guide posts are the same in the emblems and the holes are the same in the fenders. I put the 05-07 badges on my 99 and it was very easy.
