99-12 will fit, 99-10 will be a perfect match but 11-12 has different bed sides. Not too far off but it doesn't look right to most people. Google the 2012 trucks and compare the body line to the 99-10 trucks and you will see what i mean.

When going with the 08 bed you have to extend the filler and vent tube I believe, other than that, its a great fit..

How do you extend the filler and vent tube? can you just purchase those at a part store? just ask for the 08 vent and filler tube or do i need to figure out a way to do it myself?

Thanks for all the info!

When I saw it done, the guy just added a barb coupling and added the length of hose he needed. Idk about the positioning of the 08+ fuel tanks, just know the fuel door is positioned forward more.

May be able to pick up the vent and fill hose from the dealer and it be long enough without adding hose.

Send a message via MSN to 03_Turbo7.3
you dont have to extend anything using a newer box 08-10 i dont know about the new new ones. only difference is the tailgate hinges are different on 08+ if you want to use your old tail gate. also the wiring cause you need to use your old harness will not clip into the same spots. the newer diesel green caps will not thread into our old necks. but there right 99.5-10 are the same. 11+ have different body lines for the built in flares.
