New body parts???

Ok so along with my other minor issues ( truck not starting yet ) I am in need of new fenders doors bed sides a tail gate headlights and possibly bumpers if I decide not to fabricate my own...

I was looking on Craigslist at some new front doors off a 2008 super duty KR.. I had read on here that the body lines changed from 99 to 11 and I'm unsure weather or not these 08 doors will fit on my truck... Any advice?

I know most people will say to buy another truck with a bad engine or something along those lines but I feel I can get away with picking used parts here and there for cheaper... I already scored a perfect grille for $15!!

My other question is where can I find a good price on some new bed sides? I'm looking at getting the fenders from rockauto since they are about 35 bucks a piece. I'm sure they won't fit quite as well as the oe style but for that price I will use a little elbow grease and make them look good. Thanks for any help guys!
