Newbie question

Hey guys, I am in need of a bed an tail gate.

Would a F150 bed and tail gate fit?

I know the tail gates are the same I just don't know about the beds

If not can you tell me what bed other than a 99 F20 bed that will fit?

F150 beds are different. You need a bed from a F250 or F350. 99-10. 11-12 will work but the fuel door and wheel wells are different.

Even on a 08-10 bed you'll have to lengthen your fill and vent hose. It's moved forward about 6-8 inches I believe. Other than that it'll bolt directly to it.

Also you'll have to modify your wiring for the tail lights. Your old plug and bulbs wont go in to the new style lights. Just pick up a new pigtail from a dealer or auto store and splice it in.
