Recons installed with PICS :)

I got the recon clear cab clearance lights installed today started at 10:00 was done at 12:30 so it took me 2 1/2 hrs start to finish.. I didnt think that was bad for a truck that didnt come with any lights on the roof from factory... all in all it was a easy install. I checked for leaks with a pressure washer befor I put the head liner back up too.... dry as a bone no leaks.. just used some masking tape and a led pencil to do the layout, worked great since the truck is white... I love they way they look ... I cant wait for my clear corner lamps and my clear head lights to come in....

Raul wanna sponcer me a set of Recon tail lights????

Nice install CJ. Looks awesome. I am so glad my truck came from the factory with cab lights. I dont have big enuff balls to drill holes in the roof like that. Glad it went well and no leaks.

I just order the same recon clear cab lights tonight to replace the OEM yeller ones. Cant wait to get 'em. Glad I got to see what they look like at night from your pics.

HAHAHAHA ... I dint even think about it just put a ladder on each side of the truck got pencil and roll of tape measured it all out then laid it all out held the lights on with tape to get a visual and final inspection and remeasured for equality.. was all good punched the screw holes drilled and then used the gasket as a template as to where the hole needed to be for wires to run through.. drilled a 1/2 hole for them and that's it... I will tackle anything.. should have seen the doubters that figured a rack and pinion steering will never work with a twin I beam suspension in a 79 F150 that needed to be switched from rear steer to front steer.... well I did that too...lol
