Yes they will fit. All the wiring is the same. I put the 02 headlights and turn signals in my truck, everything went right back into the same place. Just use care when removing old headlights, the header panel is made out of fiberglass. It will take a little persuasion to get the old one out. But worth the effort

I think you can put up to 05 headlights in a 99-03 truck if I am correct, saw a guy with an 02 that had the black harley davidson lights in his, and he was going to do an 05 front conversion, but doing the front bumper and grill upgrade along with those headlights.

99-03 are a direct replacement. I installed the 02 headlights and corner lights on my 2000 and they look awesome and the light output is awesome, I also have the heavy duty harness from Gosracing.com. see gallery for pics. The o2 and 03 user a different adjuster on the top outside corner so make sure if you buy them off ebay you get the adjusters with them. I also have the 05 grill on my truck.
The 05,06 headlights are not a direct swap, the header panel has to be modified to allow these to fit. Some of the vendors of the TDS forum sell a complete of conversion kit, for about a grand, you get the headlights, header panel, bumper and grill.
