Rear turn signals/Brake lights inop.

Hey, It started about a month ago, when my rear left brake light was not working. I ignored it. I got pulled over about a week ago saying that my brake lights are not working. Come to find out the my brake lights and rear turn signals don't work. BUT, my hazards and turn signals in the front do work.

I have a 12v test light and a multi-meter. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction in order to diagnose my problem.

Thanks, In Advance.

Here's a link to take a look at an Owner's Manual, so you can check fuses.

The Brake light and turn signals use the same filament inside the bulb.

Question(s):
Does the TBL (3rd brake light) work?
Have you checked the bulbs themselves to see if they have gone bad? Do you get a fast flash when trying to use the turn signals? If you do, it's a good indication the bulb filaments are open. (Less load in the circuit causes fast flash with a stock flasher)

TBL does not work. There is a fast flash. And I replaced all bulbs. Since the hazards work I can count out the relay right? And since the the flashers in the front work the multifunction switch is out. Haven't tested the brake switch but is sounds to me it's a short somewhere? Right...?
