brightest headlights??

okay so in the days where most want to spray tint and darken the lights, i thihnk the brighter the better.,. im slowly working on going all led. so my question is what would the brightest headlight combo? ive got a clear lense with black/ and chrome reflective in the back of course in mine now, and actually the bulbs that came from the light company that i got them from.... just an ebay find. but i was wondering if anyone had some that were brighter? looking forward to your input guys thanks.
