Front Leaf Spring Hanger Question

I have a 2001 F250. I bought the truck a few years ago and a while back a friend noticed that my shackle was an aftermarket extended shackle. I took it off to see if I could lower the lift a little. Well after looking some more I believe the Hanger is also aftermarket but am not sure cause I have been unable to compare to another. Is there any type of measurement someone can give me to help me identify whether my hanger is aftermarket or not. Another reason why I think it may be aftermarket is because I am able to replace springs without taking off the bumper and with ease. Someone told me that they had to take off the front bumper to get to the hanger. Does anyone know where I can buy a stock hanger from! I have had no luck on the internet searches. If my hanger is aftermarket Id like to buy a stock one to replace it with. I am looking to lower my truck and hopefully the shackle is the answer. Thanks
Peyton

The hangers and shackles are up for grabs if you want them. They are the stock kit off of a 2001 4x4.
