99 F350 conversion to 05 front end questions

I have a 99 f350 with a ranch hand bumper on the front and I was wondering if I could still put the 05 grille and headlights on thanks

I don't see why not. You may have to trim the bottom of the 05 Grille, but the headlights (assuming yours with stock marker lights are still in the truck) should fit either with some trimming to the header panel, or a new 05 header panel. The Grill I believe with a stock 99-04 bumper needs like ahalf inch trimmed off the bottom. I'm not positive, because I replaced both my front bumper and grille at the same time to the 05.
