New bumper

So I have been wanting to put a new bumper on 00 for a long time now and think I have settled on the Road Armor W/ Titan II. There are a few things that I can't seem to decide on or just don't know enough about.

I know I want to get one with the logo cutout deleted and have heard about some holes in the top for yet another logo. Are there any other items to get deleted to make it look better?

I am not sure if I will ever install a winch but think it would be best to have the hole there in case I decide to add one. Will a license plate cover the hole?

99-04 bumper with existing grill or 05-07 bumper with new 05 grill?

I am strongly thinking about getting it linexed, would the powder coating be beneficial as a base coat or should I just get it raw?

Ya, bumper has been on for a while. Still fighting Fedex freight over their attempt to bill me for a redelivery after they showed up with a 48' van and no lift gate on a residential delivery.

About 300lbs, it's well enough balanced that you can pick it up from the top bar and carry it around.
