2011 box on my 2003 F-250

I was gonna do this eventually but a couple weeks ago a guy ran a stop sign and hit the right rear of my truck so time to get started.

Found a brand new, never bolted on 2011 box and tailgate. I also bought a new take off chrome bumper. The flare over the rear wheel is wider and the fuel door is square instead of round, those are the major differences between the old and new boxes. Dropped it off to be painted today, should have it back for install on Wed.

Off with the old and time to start cleaning while it's off. Probably gonna paint the frame as well.

Got my frame painted, used a brush on bedliner kit.

Picked up some used tail lights and installed my strobes where the joke of a back-up light was.

Here is the new harness you will need for the different lights, I cut off the new plug and installed my original plug on the new harness.

I had to extend the fuel filler lines as the new door is slightly more forward.

Everything from the old tailgate swaped over except the handle.

I left the plastic rails off for now as I am gonna have it Line x'ed soon but otherwise it is done

Thanks! It was just under 1k for the paint job, I had found cheaper places but i did not want to go cheap on the paint job. They did a really nice job on it.
