Instrument Cluster

So I have a 99 (maybe an e99 have to check in the morning) but i really like the Harley edition gauge cluster and i was just wandering what it would take to make it work in my truck if it would work at all. My truck has the roll over numbers for odom an i didnt know if there was some way to make it work with the digital one or not. Thanks for the great info!!!

I read that you can put a newer pcm in an e99 so would that make it be able to use a digital odometer? I also read that it would make it run a little better.
