difference between E99 and 99-04 lift kits??

I've been looking at 4" lift kits and there is an E99 only and then a 99-04 kit. Seems they are the same price, but whats the difference? I think I read the trackbar is different in the two trucks but wondering what else is different??

Spring size is different I think. Front swaybar is also bigger I belive

Pitman arm and track bar are different. Everything else is the same

For your early 99 4" lift its just the U bolts, Pitman and the track bar..PM me if I can get you prices on the best riding kits.
